1. Arama yaparsanız bu konu çok konuşuldu.

2. Hotmail bildiğim kadarıyla smtp desteği vermiyor? Eğer son zamanlarda bir değişiklik olmadı ise gönderememeniz normal. SMTP desteği olan bir mail edinip öyle deneyin. Gmail'in SMTP desteği var.
